Crockpot Taco Chicken Soup/Stew

April 5, 2008 at 1:38 pm in Recipes

One of the ladies from HP posted this a few days ago. It sounds absolutely delicious, so we’ll be trying it this week.

Crockpot Taco Chicken Soup/Stew

1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 can baked beans
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 can corn
2 chicken breasts

Mix beans, tomatoes and seasoning and place in crockpot. Lay chicken over bean mixture. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to crockpot and add corn. Cook an additional 10 minutes.

Serve with sour cream, tortilla chips, cheddar cheese, or other toppings of your choice.
